Senior DevOps Engineer (Proxy Infrastructure)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid workplace

Salary: €5,400–€7,400 gross per month

What you will do

• Build scalable, high-performance infrastructure using infrastructure as code practices.
• Implement monitoring for infrastructure and business metrics.
• Own and defend architectural and technical decisions.
• Improve technical infrastructure, solutions, and engineering practices.
• Evaluate technology trends and prepare implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders on new services.

Requirements

• Experience working with Linux-based systems.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or another infrastructure as code tool.
• Experience with application monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Zabbix.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with virtual infrastructure, including Kubernetes and public clouds.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius.

Nice to have

• Server-side development skills in Lua or Go.
• Experience using and managing AI tools.
• Experience managing proxies.
