Social Commerce Senior Coordinator (Affiliate, UGC & Live Shopping)

What you will do

• Source and recruit creators aligned with brand positioning, campaign objectives, and funnel goals.
• Manage product seeding, creator communication, posting timelines, and compliance.
• Build creator shortlists, contribute to creative briefs and hook development, and identify content trends.
• Support live shopping show preparation, run-of-show development, and coordination with hosts and moderators.
• Monitor affiliate, creative, and live shopping performance metrics, including GMV, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
• Maintain dashboards, prepare reports, and recommend optimization and scaling opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, paid media, or e-commerce.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok and short-form content ecosystems.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and performance dashboards.
• Highly organized, deadline-oriented, data-curious, and performance-minded.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and willingness to learn and grow.

• Affiliate platform experience.
• Experience briefing creators or testing paid social campaigns.
• Experience in wellness, beauty, CPG, or fashion.
