Location: Houston, Texas; requires travel to patients’ homes using a personal vehicle

What you will do

• Prepare medical supplies and personal protective equipment for scheduled patient visits.
• Travel independently to patients’ homes and access daily schedules through mobile technology.
• Collect patient information and provide preventative, diagnostic, and low-acuity services.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs, and related services.
• Label collected samples correctly and coordinate delivery to laboratories or shipment facilities.
• Provide professional, compassionate, and patient-centered care while working independently or with a team.

Requirements

• Previous venipuncture experience and the ability to perform clinical services safely and accurately.
• State-required clinical licensure or proof of training; national certification is required where state licensure is not available.
• Basic Life Support certification and proof of completed training or certification appropriate to the licensure level.
• Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable personal transportation are required.
• Ability to navigate patient homes, climb stairs, and carry up to 20 pounds while walking.
• Ability to pass national background, DMV, and clinical license checks; required vaccinations or immunity documentation must be provided.
