Systematic Commodities Portfolio Manager

What you will do

• Design, test, and deploy systematic strategies across the commodity complex.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for systematic commodities and improve the product offering.
• Manage risk across live strategies and conduct rigorous research, backtesting, and performance attribution.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve trading infrastructure, algorithms, and execution.
• Develop a small team supporting the strategies and identify new markets for deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of profitable trading experience in a systematic commodities environment.
• Experience building and managing trades and broad experience trading in Asia.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills.
• Programming experience with Python, R, and C++.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to own projects and identify opportunities for impact.
