TL;DR
Middle Mobile iOS/Android Engineer (Kotlin/Swift): Developing and integrating native Android or iOS features for high-impact financial products with an accent on MVVM, Jetpack Compose or SwiftUI, and cross-platform learning. Focus on contributing to mobile architecture and product quality, integrating REST APIs, and researching AI tools to improve development workflows.
Location: Fully remote from Argentina; priority for candidates in Buenos Aires or Córdoba for optional in-person gatherings

What you will do
- Develop and integrate native Android or iOS features.
- Contribute to product quality, mobile architecture, and technical decisions.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary agile squads.
- Learn and adopt the complementary mobile platform through cross-skilling, mentorship, training, and pair programming.
- Research and propose AI tools to improve the development workflow.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in native mobile development.
- Android skills: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM.
- iOS skills: Swift, SwiftUI, and MVVM.
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, and agile methodologies.
- Willingness to learn the complementary Android or iOS platform.
- English: Pre-intermediate level.
Nice to have
- Navigation Component, including deep links, Safe Args, and back stack management.
- Gradle KTS, dependency management, and application modularization.
- Firebase Crashlytics or similar monitoring and logging tools.
- AI-powered development tools and prompt engineering for code generation, debugging, testing, documentation, and automation.
