Team Lead & Technical Account Manager (API integrations): Leading a four-person Technical Account Management team and driving partner integrations of Practice Management and Imaging Systems with 3Shape solutions, with an accent on API guidance, troubleshooting, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on managing integration projects, developing documentation and product guidelines, and coordinating technical launches with partners and Product Creation.

What you will do
- Lead and develop a four-person Technical Account Management team, including 1:1s, performance reviews, development plans, and wellbeing support.
- Manage partner integrations with Unite, particularly the transition to the new API solution.
- Act as the technical liaison between partners, resellers, Portfolio & Product Strategy, and Product Creation.
- Provide hands-on implementation support, API guidance, troubleshooting, and technical presentations.
- Create integration documentation, product guidelines, and technical enablement materials.
- Coordinate product feedback, knowledge sharing, and integration projects through launch.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Customer Support Consultant, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar role.
- Experience with APIs, RESTful services, authentication methods, API testing, Postman, and integration troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of networking and Windows operating systems, plus experience with technical writing and bug reporting.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel several days per year when possible.
Nice to have
- Previous leadership experience and familiarity with Unite or other products.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, agile development, product management, or project management.
