What you will do

• Lead a team of 4 Technical Account Managers, handling 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development.
• Drive partner integrations with hirify.global Unite, focusing on the transition to new API solutions.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between external partners and internal Product Creation and Strategy teams.
• Provide hands-on technical support during implementation, including API troubleshooting and guidance.
• Develop integration documentation and technical enablement materials for partners.
• Manage stakeholder alignment and represent the company in technical demos and presentations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar technical consulting role.
• Experience with APIs, RESTful services, Postman, and authentication methods.
• Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine (Hybrid).
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Solid understanding of networking and Windows operating systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with hirify.global Unite or other hirify.global products.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and agile development processes.
• Understanding of product management principles or project management experience.
