Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered scan workflow solutions for small and medium-sized business customers.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to customer scan workflows and define requirements for document capture, processing, and digital workflow integration.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, competitive landscapes, and business goals to shape product portfolios and positioning.
• Define pricing strategies and partner with worldwide marketing on product messaging and value propositions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, architects, technology leads, external developers, partners, and customers.
• Use post-launch customer usage insights to optimize solutions and drive adoption, satisfaction, and business impact.

Requirements

• Strong software product management experience and the ability to define a data-informed product vision.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in product marketing, product design, product management, or a related field.
• Experience with agile software development life cycles and rapid development environments.
• AI fluency and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A four-year or graduate degree in marketing, business administration, a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Role location: Vancouver, Washington, United States of America.
