Social Media Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Lead LOOKFANTASTIC’s organic social media strategy, channel plans and content roadmap.
• Translate editorial stories, campaigns and brand moments into platform-specific social content.
• Own content calendars, distribution, scheduling, publishing and content repurposing across social channels.
• Coordinate social delivery with Content, Retail Media, Activations, Paid Social and wider marketing teams.
• Set KPIs, analyse channel and campaign performance, and report organic and commercial impact to senior stakeholders.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Social team while managing social budgets and resources.

Requirements

• Significant social media management experience for a consumer-facing brand, publisher, retailer or agency.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and emerging social platforms.
• Proven experience developing social strategies against measurable KPIs and managing complex cross-channel campaigns.
• Strong editorial, creative and analytical judgement, including experience with social analytics, reporting and listening tools.
• Experience managing and developing a social media team and reporting performance to senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and understanding of how organic, paid and commercial social activity work together.

• Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, retail or ecommerce.
• Retail media or commercial brand partnership experience.
• Experience with publisher-led or editorial content models.
• Understanding of creator and influencer marketing.
• Experience supporting live events, activations and social-first content production.
