AI Business Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico — hybrid. Hybrid work includes time in the office, with office attendance expected organically and more frequently during ramp-up or when required by the leader.

hirify.global is a B2B fintech for spend management, providing corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a B2B payments platform for businesses across Latin America.

What you will do

• Map high-friction operational workflows and prioritize opportunities for AI augmentation and automation.
• Design, deploy, and iterate on AI-powered workflows using Claude Code, Codex, n8n, LLM APIs, and related automation tools.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and operational leaders to improve speed, accuracy, capacity, and launch readiness.
• Build and maintain Metabase dashboards, monitor operational KPIs, and identify anomalies.
• Identify data gaps and collaborate with Engineering on instrumentation and pipelines for better operational decisions.
• Document workflows and build an internal playbook for using AI in operations.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, ideally in a LatAm fintech, payments, or high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Experience at a top consulting firm, similar professional services company, or high-velocity startup.
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI automation and augmenting operations with AI.
• Hands-on experience with no-code or low-code workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Experience working with CRMs, support triage systems, data warehouses, BI tools, LLM APIs, SQL, or Metabase.
• Fluent English is required. Strong analytical, structured-thinking, and communication skills are also required.

Nice to have

• Basic Portuguese proficiency or willingness to learn Portuguese.
• Independent analytical skills using Metabase, SQL, or Python.
• A good sense of humor.
