Software Developer - DevOps (Python)

What you will do

• Build reliable backend services and infrastructure tooling with Python.
• Develop, deploy, and operate applications and services in Kubernetes.
• Create automation for deploying, operating, and managing production systems.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Work with PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and distributed systems to improve scalability, reliability, performance, and operability.
• Collaborate on technical designs, code reviews, testing, software architecture, legacy migrations, and new initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of experience building and operating software systems.
• Strong Python development experience and hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and working with Linux systems.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and message brokers such as RabbitMQ.
• Strong software engineering, testing, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability practices and tools, including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.
