What you will do

  • Support partner API integrations during onboarding and launch.
  • Consult partners and commercial stakeholders on API functionality.
  • Handle requests submitted through the ticketing system.
  • Validate partner integration quality and log integration information.
  • Conduct Zoom and Google Meet calls with partners.
  • Analyze API logs, troubleshoot errors, escalate requests, and maintain the knowledge base.
