Team Lead, Connect Product Portfolio Governance (Automotive Software)

What you will do

• Lead portfolio intake, prioritization, and strategic execution across multiple Product Experience teams.
• Build integrated plans covering product definition, UX/UI design, prototyping, engineering handoff, approvals, and release readiness.
• Manage capacity planning, workload balancing, dependencies, risks, unresolved decisions, and scope changes.
• Align Product, UX, Engineering, Business, Vehicle Program, and Design stakeholders around vehicle and software release plans.
• Provide executives and key stakeholders with clear visibility into priorities, progress, trade-offs, risks, and decisions.
• Build and lead the Connect Product Portfolio Governance Team and improve intake, planning, review, documentation, and communication processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management, Program Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Software Program Management, Product Operations, Product Management, Portfolio Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering large-scale consumer software products across Product, Design, and Engineering organizations.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end software product development lifecycle, including definition, design, implementation, validation, and release.
• Experience with portfolio prioritization, integrated planning, capacity planning, dependency management, milestone execution, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Fluency in Korean and professional English proficiency are required for collaboration with global stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with UX/UI, Product Design, UX Research, Service Design, or HMI organizations.
• Experience with automotive software, Software Defined Vehicles, in-vehicle infotainment, digital cockpits, connected services, or Android Automotive OS.
• Experience managing portfolios across multiple brands, products, vehicle programs, regions, or release configurations.
• Experience establishing Agile portfolio governance and operating processes.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.

Hiring process
