• Act as the primary lead for complex technical delivery discussions with senior management.
• Mentor junior TPMs and refine delivery processes to scale global impact.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience managing complex technical programs.
• Native-level fluency in Korean and professional working proficiency in English.
• PMP Certification (required within 6 months of hire).
• Databricks Associate-level Certification (required within 6 months of hire).
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into program management workflows.
