Security Responsible in Projects (SRIP) (Industrial Cybersecurity)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid remote/office

What you will do

• Serve as the central cybersecurity point of contact during tendering and execution phases of customer projects.
• Act as the cybersecurity interface for customers and coordinate security topics with engineering, suppliers, commissioning teams, and project management.
• Lead cybersecurity activities in line with internal processes, regulations, legal requirements, and ISA/IEC 62443.
• Coordinate threat and risk assessments, vulnerability identification, risk evaluation, mitigation measures, and residual risk documentation.
• Support procurement by translating cybersecurity requirements into supplier contracts and managing supplier clarifications.
• Monitor cybersecurity risks, deviations, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electronics, or a related field.
• Strong industrial cybersecurity experience in complex project and system environments.
• Solid knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 and relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Experience with project engineering, project management, customer clarification, threat and risk analysis, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
• Experience managing subcontracted engineering work packages, including scope, milestones, deliverables, scheduling, progress, and budget tracking.
• Business-level English is required; willingness to travel internationally for less than 30% of the time.
