TL;DR
Principal Full-Stack Software Engineer (FinTech): Building enterprise investment-operations products for financial institutions with an accent on technical leadership, test architecture, automation, and high-quality delivery. Focus on designing C# and Angular solutions, developing CI/CD and quality strategies, mentoring engineers, and solving complex defects across cloud and on-premise environments.
Location: Noida, India; hybrid workplace model

What you will do
- Provide technical leadership across software design, development, testing, and delivery.
- Define team-level test architecture, quality strategy, coverage metrics, and quality KPIs.
- Balance active development in C#, Angular, and APL with automation initiatives.
- Drive automation-first practices, improve CI/CD pipelines, tools, and engineering processes.
- Perform root-cause analysis for complex defects and implement preventive actions.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with product owners, technical leads, architects, and cross-team forums.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with combined development and QA responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Expertise in .NET and C#, working knowledge of Angular, and readiness to learn APL.
- Extensive experience with E2E, API, and integration test automation, test strategy, and enterprise-scale application architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud and on-premise infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, CI/CD tools, Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, software architecture, design patterns, Domain-Driven Design, and SQL.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher is required, together with the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.

- Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms.
- Background in FinTech, capital markets, or financial domains such as derivatives.
