Dot Net Full Stack Developer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support enterprise-grade software applications and services.
• Build backend applications, RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices using C# and .NET technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions and participate in architecture and modernization initiatives.
• Optimize performance, scalability, availability, and reliability across distributed systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, conduct code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
• Lead small to medium-sized development initiatives, mentor developers, and collaborate with product, business, QA, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 8+, ASP.NET, Web API, and REST integrations.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
• Experience with relational databases including SQL Server, Oracle, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems, SDLC methodologies, Git, and modern software design principles.
• Strong analytical, debugging, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Java or Perl development environments.
• Experience with trading platforms, fintech applications, or transaction-processing systems.
• Technical leadership, mentoring, and experience managing concurrent initiatives.
