TL;DR
Dot Net Full Stack Developer (C#/.NET, fintech): Building and supporting enterprise-grade backend applications, REST APIs, web services, and microservices for a complex trading platform with an accent on scalability, security, performance, and reliability. Focus on designing distributed solutions, modernizing applications, troubleshooting production issues, and leading development initiatives.

Location: Pune, India; onsite role with a general shift

What you will do

  • Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support enterprise-grade software applications and services.
  • Build backend applications, RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 8+.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and operations teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, application modernization, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Optimize distributed systems, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and mentor less experienced developers.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 8+, ASP.NET, Web API, and REST integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle, microservices architecture, distributed systems, Git, and modern software design principles.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall SDLC methodologies, along with strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across technical and business teams.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Java or Perl development environments.
  • Experience with trading platforms, fintech applications, or transaction-processing systems.
  • Technical leadership, mentoring, production support, and the ability to manage concurrent initiatives.
