Mid Cities RX Tech - Pharmacy Tech (Retail Pharmacy)

Location: Euless, Texas; onsite, part-time rotating shifts including nights and weekends

Salary: USD $20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Process written and third-party prescriptions, verify patient information, and manage adjudication reviews using RxEVO.
• Provide customer service and resolve exception-station and third-party prescription issues.
• Coordinate prescription screening, flu-shot, immunization, and other professional-service events.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, invoices, warehouse and DSD orders, deliveries, discrepancies, and returns.
• Maintain automated prescription-processing equipment and complete RxIMS reports and computer troubleshooting.
• Assemble and label prescriptions, handle controlled medications, measure liquids, reconstitute antibiotics, and follow the 7-point check.

Requirements

• Active State of Texas registration as a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) is required.
• Experience in pharmacy and as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred or required according to the role qualifications.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy management tasks, hirify.global RxEVO, pharmacy SOPs, and related systems.
• Intermediate computer skills, mathematical and measurement skills, advanced communication, and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, remain composed under stress, and collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, stand for extended periods, and regularly lift 30 lbs or more.
