Solution Architect (EMEA)

Location: EMEA; remote-first with no mandatory office days. The role is open to candidates in multiple countries, with the applicable work location confirmed during recruitment.

What you will do

• Guide customers through implementation and provide technical integration support.
• Design scalable integration solutions aligned with customer architectures and business requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and coordinate resolutions with engineering and product teams.
• Validate and test integrations for reliability, performance, and customer experience.
• Share customer feedback with the product team and influence product development.
• Build relationships with customer engineering teams and act as their primary technical advisor.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Support Engineer, or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
• Hands-on JavaScript experience, including reading and troubleshooting code.
• Working knowledge of operating systems, databases, and modern web technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
