About the Role

You will architect scalable systems for ingesting and parsing blockchain data, use AI-assisted engineering workflows, provide blockchain protocol expertise, manage the software development lifecycle, monitor production systems, maintain pipeline reliability, collaborate with product managers, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building distributed systems or data-intensive applications
• Ability to iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools
• Deep understanding and experience of at least one blockchain protocol
• Knowledge of non-EVM chains such as Solana, TON, or Sui
• Experience with indexing and ETL at scale
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
• Experience managing services in Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve scalable blockchain data ingestion and parsing systems
• Use LLMs and automated agents to improve engineering velocity and code quality
• Provide EVM, UTXO, and other blockchain protocol expertise
• Manage the full software development lifecycle
• Monitor production systems and debug services
• Maintain pipeline and service reliability
• Collaborate with product managers on dataset requirements
• Guide engineers through code reviews and design documentation
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
