Data Scientist / ML Engineer (AdTech experience)

What you will do

• Develop and apply machine learning and statistical models for AdTech, RTB, and DSP products.
• Optimize CTR and performance using data-driven methods.
• Design and own experiments and optimization initiatives.
• Analyze product metrics and evaluate measurable performance outcomes.
• Make data-driven decisions and take ownership of assigned tasks independently.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience at Middle+ level or higher.
• Commercial experience with AdTech, RTB, or DSP.
• Strong background in modeling, experimentation, and metrics analysis.
• Strong Python and machine learning stack experience.
• Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Confident spoken and written English at B2+ level.
