Lead Data Scientist (AdTech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work environment. Candidates must be local to the posting location.

Salary: 22,000–32,000 PLN gross per month, plus an RSU program.

Mobile advertising technology company building an end-to-end platform that connects telecoms, advertisers, publishers, app developers, and consumers across mobile devices.

What you will do

• Define and deliver the machine learning roadmap with Product and Engineering teams.
• Lead ML projects from research through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams delivering ML initiatives.
• Use the ML platform to optimize models operating on terabytes of data across 2B mobile devices.
• Contribute to the ML platform by improving existing algorithms and building new solutions across products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning.
• Proven record of projects delivering measurable business impact.
• Working knowledge of the ML technology stack, including Python and ML libraries.
• Experience with PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, GCP, BigQuery, Databricks, Spark, MLflow, or Optuna.
• Strong communication skills and a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficient English communication is required, and candidates must be local to Warsaw, Poland for the hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Experience in AdTech, mobile gaming, or consulting.
• Experience leading a team.
