Indonesian Bilingual Expert (AI)

hirify.global is running a large-scale linguistic and AI training project focused on Indonesian language understanding and generation.

What you will do

• Listen to and review audio clips containing AI-generated Indonesian speech.
• Evaluate nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and overall audio quality.
• Assess linguistic accuracy and cultural and contextual appropriateness.
• Provide detailed written feedback in English and verbal feedback when required.
• Document observations, provide actionable model-improvement insights, and follow evaluation rubrics consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and complete assigned assessments within project timelines.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Indonesian, including excellent spoken and written command.
• B2+ English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian cultural nuances and regional language variations.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle differences in pronunciation, fluency, grammar, tone, and authenticity.
• Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and apply detailed guidelines consistently.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in translation, localization, linguistics, content moderation, transcription, or language quality assessment.
• Experience evaluating audio, speech, pronunciation, or AI-generated language.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regional dialects and cultural variations.
• Experience with language data, linguistic annotation, or quality assurance.
• Interest in AI-driven language technologies and speech systems.
