What you will do
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests.
- Manage reservations, guest communications, and daily operational tasks.
- Support operations across maintenance, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Use the property management system and internal tools to coordinate information.
- Carry out field work, quality control, and property inspections.
Requirements
- Fluent Portuguese and English, spoken and written.
- Based in Lisbon and available for on-site work, weekends, and shifts.
- Experience in hospitality, reception, or tourism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Guest-centric approach with excellent people skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
