Sr Engineer, Process Engineering (Diffusion) (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop and modify diffusion process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and process data.
• Establish standard operating procedures and failure mode and effects analyses for the process.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to improve process performance indices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Technical university degree in engineering or a related specialized discipline.
• BS degree with 2–4 years of experience, or MS degree with 1–3 years of experience, or PhD with 0–1 year of experience.
• Fundamental knowledge in a specialized technical discipline.
• Experience using standard engineering methods to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to work on projects and problems of moderate scope and participate in engineering teams.
