Account Director, Activation - Telecommunications (Telecommunications)

Location: Greenville, NC area; in-office five days per week. Flexibility for weekend and irregular hours may be required during production.

Salary: $178,000–$223,000 annual fixed salary, plus annual bonus and employee equity plan grant.

What you will do

• Lead sold telecommunications partnerships from initial production briefing through final delivery and wrap reporting.
• Coordinate integration schedules with Studio, Post, and Creative Development while serving as the primary client liaison.
• Host client teams during production shoots and manage on-set execution, disclosures, and real-time creative problem-solving.
• Coordinate in-store and store-locator activations with client retail marketing teams connected to content launches.
• Manage review and approval workflows across client Marketing, Legal, and Product Marketing divisions.
• Build performance measurement frameworks and wrap reports with strategic recommendations for future renewals.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in branded content activation, integrated production, or executive-producer-level content project management.
• Experience running enterprise-scale branded integrations for a Fortune 100 marketer at a major network, streaming platform, brand, or agency.
• Native production literacy, including sets, call sheets, post-production workflows, and tight editing schedules.
• Experience managing complex enterprise client relationships and leading projects across all execution phases.
• Strategic partnership mindset with confidence in executive strategy meetings and hands-on production environments.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.

• Product marketing or licensed merchandise experience.
• Experience in a regulated industry, particularly telecommunications.
