Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Analyze and monitor avionics hardware flow through manufacturing and test operations.
• Provide visibility into schedule adherence, build priorities, and operational risks.
• Act as the embedded analyst for the manufacturing and test team, connecting centralized support teams with the shop floor.
• Mature department KPIs and improve the consistency and accuracy of operational reporting.
• Develop analytical initiatives for downtime tracking, production efficiency, and data visibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams on ROI models for manufacturing and test asset acquisitions, while identifying useful AI capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an analyst role.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with SQL or Python is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with Tableau, Grafana, or Power BI is preferred.
• Must be a U.S. person or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing due to U.S. export-control requirements.
