Project Controller (SAP/ERP)

What you will do

• Act as a finance and controlling key user or data steward for the AGODA and SAP S4E Unify ERP implementation.
• Lead monthly and quarterly data validation and cleansing activities with cross-functional departments to support accurate data migration.
• Support the digitalization, conceptual design, and optimization of financial controlling and reporting processes.
• Manage project financial results, including revenue, costs, gross profit, cash flow, budgets, forecasts, variances, and reporting.
• Oversee month-end and year-end forecasting, planning, closing, balance sheet reviews, and financial quality control.
• Provide user training, coordinate implementation of Financial Reporting Guidelines, and contribute to lessons-learned and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Finance Controller, preferably in a project-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ERP/SAP experience; implementation experience is highly advantageous.
• Expertise in financial management and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and accounting principles.
• Experience with project implementation, risk management, process improvement, workflow management, and change management.
• CPA, CIMA, or ACCA certification, together with strong influencing, accountability, and communication skills.
