Business Development Associate (Web3)

Location: Vietnam; remote. This role must be performed outside the United States, and candidates working from within the U.S. cannot be considered.

What you will do

• Identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers across blockchain protocols, DeFi projects, RWA tokenization platforms, exchanges, and Web2 institutional entrants.
• Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from outreach and technical discovery through proposals, price negotiations, and contract execution.
• Engage financial institutions, asset managers, family offices, and technology enterprises seeking Web3 security solutions.
• Collaborate with global security engineering, solutions architecture, delivery, and marketing teams on deal execution and client onboarding.
• Build long-term account relationships, drive renewals, audit add-ons, and monitoring subscriptions.
• Represent hirify.global at local industry events, conferences, and ecosystem meetups.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience in Web3, blockchain security, cybersecurity, SaaS, or institutional fintech.
• Strong familiarity with Web3-native ecosystems, including EVM chains, Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols, DeFi, tokenomics, and smart contract architectures.
• Good understanding of Web2 cybersecurity fundamentals, including penetration testing, code review, and risk assessments.
• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through structured outbound outreach and consultative deal closing.
• Direct experience selling smart contract audits, penetration tests, or bug bounty services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional regional Asian languages, such as Japanese or Korean, for APAC cross-border or local market expansion.
• Understanding of Vietnam’s digital asset licensing landscape.
