Solution Consultant CPG / Manufacturing

What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives, planning needs, and supply chain challenges.
• Design tailored supply chain solutions with cross-functional teams to improve customer profitability.
• Configure solutions and integrate the platform with existing client systems and processes.
• Lead testing to ensure solutions meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Guide customers in maximizing product value, efficiency, and user adoption.
• Provide ongoing support for critical incidents and continuous value-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in business, engineering, supply chain management, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally with SaaS or ERP/planning systems.
• Experience in manufacturing operations and a strong understanding of planning and scheduling challenges.
• Strong data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with SQL.
• Experience leading customer-facing testing, quality assurance, training, or user adoption activities.
• Fluent English and German communication skills are required.
