What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects spanning revenue operations, delivery, go-to-market, finance, and people.
• Build and develop the Revenue Operations function.
• Improve coordination across go-to-market, Forward Deployment, and Technology to reduce time to production.
• Design and continuously improve operational processes, including monitoring tooling for service-level agreements.
• Use data to support decisions across different teams and focus on the highest-impact problems.
• Build internal applications, automations, and workflows with modern AI tools.

Requirements

• Approximately 4 or more years of experience with clear progression through operational delivery.
• Demonstrated success delivering high-quality operational work and projects without direct authority over stakeholders.
• Experience building trusted tooling, workflows, and dashboards, including recent use of AI to build processes.
• Experience in hyper-growth technology startups and agile, cross-functional teams.
• Direct, collaborative communication and strong end-to-end ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent evidence of long-term commitment and continuous learning.

• Consulting, product, business operations, or revenue operations background.
