What you will do
- Select Wellz workflows to rebuild around AI agents and define ownership, success metrics, and graduation or sunset criteria.
- Own Wellz's contribution to 's company-wide AI transformation program and translate corporate direction into execution plans.
- Drive adoption of AI workflows across Revenue, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Clinical Operations, and Transformation.
- Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions for AI solutions using operational evidence, data, and ROI.
- Report what is live, in pilot, or sunsetted to Wellz and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Based in São Paulo and able to work in the role's hybrid model.
- Proven experience shipping an AI agent or workflow into production, beyond prototypes.
- Technical comfort with tools for independently testing and iterating AI workflows.
- Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and prioritize workflow redesign using cycle time, conversion, and volume data.
- Experience building trust and driving operational change across multiple functions without direct reporting authority.
- Ability to interface with 's global AI leadership.
