Content Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work with regular in-office days and candidates required to be based in Toronto

Salary: CA$100,000–CA$135,000 annually, plus equity and benefits

hirify.global is a Canadian fintech company providing financial services and software for businesses, including corporate cards, expense management, bill payments, and high-yield accounts.

What you will do

• Produce pillar content for Canadian finance teams and repurpose it into video, social, written, and email assets.
• Build hirify.global’s presence across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and its blog.
• Own the content calendar and collaborate with Growth Marketing to support acquisition and conversion.
• Lead video production end to end, including strategy, interviews, filming, and editing.
• Build and document AI workflows for research, scripting, editing, and content repurposing.
• Test new formats and angles while partnering with design on the visual system and using performance data to prioritize work.

Requirements

• Around five years of experience in content marketing, video production, or social content, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building and growing a video-first social presence; YouTube experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to plan shoots, conduct interviews, and shoot and edit social-first video independently.
• Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to improve AI-generated drafts.
• Experience repurposing substantial content assets across multiple channels.
• Must be based in Toronto to support regular in-person video creation.
