Senior DevOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own a platform domain end to end, including architecture, roadmap, reliability, security posture, and cost.
• Lead architecture and trade-off discussions across performance, scalability, cost, security, and reliability, and document decisions.
• Build multi-tenant infrastructure that enables client-facing engineering teams to self-serve without creating delivery bottlenecks.
• Advance agent-native engineering through safe execution environments, credential and secret handling, internal tooling, MCP servers, and agent evaluation.
• Define standards for coding-agent usage, including review practices, context engineering, and appropriate automation.
• Mentor engineers, review designs, own on-call practice, and lead post-incident reviews.

Requirements

• Production Kubernetes design and operations experience at multi-team scale on GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Deep experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps delivery.
• Strong knowledge of identity and SSO, workload identity, secrets management, network policy, and threat modeling.
• Strong Python skills for building infrastructure tooling.
• Practical expertise with AI coding agents, including building harnesses, guardrails, and internal tooling.
• Excellent written communication, engineering judgment, and a track record of shipping infrastructure used by other engineers.

• Formal qualifications are not required; demonstrated capability is weighted more heavily than years of experience.
