Voice Specialist (Crypto)

Location: Remote from the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, or Vietnam

What you will do

• Deliver fast, professional, white-glove voice support to high-value clients and own issues through resolution.
• Educate clients on hirify.global products and identify relevant opportunities to drive product adoption.
• Build deep product expertise through training, product use, AI, and continuous learning.
• Surface client insights and friction to improve products, workflows, and customer experiences.
• Maintain high standards for quality, security, regulatory requirements, and performance.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong client instincts, active listening, education, and de-escalation skills.
• Motivation to achieve measurable results and comfort promoting products.
• Strong crypto and trading knowledge, with comfort using AI and evolving technology.
• Flexibility to work schedules that include evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Fluency in a second language.
• Successful sales or target-driven client experience.
