What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s corporate social media channels and execute strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, thought leadership, and audience growth.
• Lead social media strategy and content execution for selected executive leaders, including executive narratives, thought leadership posts, and coaching.
• Develop editorial calendars and create written posts, videos, graphics, employee stories, executive commentary, and real-time event coverage.
• Monitor audience sentiment, manage community engagement, identify reputational risks, and support crisis and issues communications.
• Establish KPIs, analyze content and channel performance, and deliver reporting and recommendations to communications and executive leadership.
• Partner with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Events, Legal, executives, and business unit leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in social media, corporate communications, public relations, digital marketing, or executive communications.
• Experience managing enterprise-level social media channels and executive social media presence.
• Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies with measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and translating business priorities into engaging content.
• Comfort with an on-site presence in Grand Rapids to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
