Privacy & AI Governance Analyst (Americas) (Data Privacy/AI Governance): Supporting privacy compliance, data protection assessments, contract reviews, and responsible AI governance across the Americas with an accent on regulatory compliance, third-party risk, and cross-functional legal collaboration. Focus on managing DPAs, responding to privacy incidents and data subject requests, maintaining OneTrust governance records, and monitoring emerging AI regulations.

What you will do
- Monitor data privacy and personal data protection compliance across the Americas.
- Conduct privacy assessments, identify risks, and support mitigation measures for projects, systems, and products.
- Review, negotiate, and manage Data Processing Agreements, privacy clauses, and third-party data protection requirements.
- Support Data Subject Access Requests, privacy incidents, and data breach response processes.
- Maintain privacy documentation, compliance records, reporting, and governance activities in tools such as OneTrust.
- Support AI governance frameworks, privacy training, regulatory monitoring, and responsible AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, governance, regulatory, or related areas.
- Strong experience reviewing and negotiating DPAs, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Experience with privacy assessments, data breach response, third-party risk management, and privacy management tools such as OneTrust.
- Basic knowledge of AI concepts, AI governance, and emerging AI regulations.
- Fluent English and Spanish are required.
Nice to have
- IAPP certification such as CIPP or CIPM.
- Portuguese or other additional languages.
- Experience in multinational or regional environments.
