Sr. Client Support Representative

What you will do

• Handle tickets related to client access and permissions for MySupport.
• Answer and follow up on client inquiries through ticketing, email, phone, and chat systems.
• Verify product lines and monitor client service portals to triage tickets appropriately.
• Collaborate with the Renewals and Licensing team to keep client product licensing up to date.
• Educate clients, resolve current concerns, and provide feedback to improve internal support processes.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a client service environment.
• Experience in a global support environment, BPO, global IT company, call center, or shared services environment.
• College or university graduate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and client-focused approach.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
