Associate / Senior Analyst, Institutional Client Experience - Bilingual (Asset Management)

What you will do

• Implement institutional client investment policies accurately and on time in internal systems.
• Review marketing materials, RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for regulatory compliance.
• Interpret complex investment policies, constraints, risk ratios, monitoring requirements, and operational considerations for system input.
• Maintain compliant investment strategy content in internal and global databases, including Loopio and eVestment.
• Deliver client onboarding, account maintenance, reporting, presentations, trade instructions, and due diligence support.
• Contribute to operational and technology improvement initiatives that enhance the institutional client experience.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of investment industry experience with exposure to traditional and alternative investment solutions, major asset classes, and institutional clients.
• Fluency in French and English is required to serve clients in the community.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, organization, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Bloomberg.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Experience with eVestment or other global investment management databases.
• Enrollment in the CFA or CIM designation.
