What you will do

• Develop complex business and marketing plans to improve market penetration, product positioning, revenue, and market share.
• Recommend investment decisions for new product development and support product strategy.
• Conduct competitive, market sizing, pricing, and cost-of-ownership analyses.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to develop products and communicate market requirements.
• Support field teams with account strategies and opportunity optimization.
• Manage complex product releases throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized marketing or business discipline.
• Knowledge of industry dynamics, customers, product development, product lifecycle management, and matrixed organizations.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend practices that improve products, processes, or services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
• Ability to lead functional teams or projects and drive efforts toward objectives.
