Senior Manager, Product Security Engineering (Security Posture and Supply Chain)

Location: Remote in Canada, Israel, the United Kingdom, or the United States

Salary: $168,000–$245,000 USD annually for US residents

What you will do

• Lead governed rollouts of hirify.global security capabilities across the software estate and maintain alignment with the Project Security Configuration Standard.
• Establish secure defaults and paved paths that help engineering teams adopt security controls without unnecessary friction.
• Serve as Customer Zero by identifying adoption challenges and feeding evidence into Product and Engineering roadmap decisions.
• Build proactive software supply chain security, including third-party component governance, trusted dependency controls, and product-level SBOM requirements.
• Reduce systemic risk across groups and namespaces, including lateral movement and token governance, while operating the Product Security Risk Register and posture dashboards.
• Lead, coach, hire, and grow the team while partnering with Compliance and representing hirify.global's security practices externally.

Requirements

• Experience managing a security or engineering team, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Technical fluency in security posture management, software supply chain security, and secure configuration of a large SaaS estate.
• Experience driving broad, governed security rollouts across an engineering organization and sustaining adoption after launch.
• Ability to translate security requirements into practical engineering controls and produce evidence for audits, certifications, or maturity assessments.
• Ability to deliver measurable impact in ambiguous environments and break complex problems into iterative wins.
• Strong judgment and written communication for an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
