What you will do

• Process interest and dividend corporate action events accurately and on time.
• Supervise tax refund processes across various markets.
• Reconcile and correct security and cash differences.
• Identify and process securities lending and borrowing positions and correspond with counterparties.
• Process internal and external payments and manage the service mailbox and hotline.

Requirements

• Very good verbal and written skills in German and English.
• Banking apprenticeship, basic commercial training, or a high school diploma.
• Knowledge of securities; experience with administrative transactions is advantageous.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, accuracy, resilience, flexibility, and reliability.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain attention to professional and technical details.
