AI Systems Engineer (AI)

Location: Yardley, Pennsylvania, United States; Newark, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary company bonus

What you will do

• Own deployment, administration, access policies, and usage governance for enterprise AI platforms including Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini.
• Architect and maintain MCP server infrastructure, tool registries, and connector ecosystems including Airtable, Atlassian, Google Drive, and Gmail.
• Integrate AI platforms with Entra ID, SSO, Conditional Access, MFA, and other enterprise identity controls.
• Operate Windows Server, DNS, Hyper-V, storage, backup, patching, cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Build disaster-recovery environments, rollback plans, failover procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate infrastructure migrations and AI platform rollouts with business units, operations, legal, compliance, security, and IT leadership.

Requirements

• Experience across network, security, storage, hardware, operating systems, Windows Server, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, IAM, MFA, and privileged access management.
• Hands-on experience deploying and administering Claude, Gemini, LLM platforms, MCP servers, enterprise connectors, and connector governance controls.
• Experience with AI security assessments, permission scopes, data flows, output validation, prompt-injection defenses, rate limiting, WAF, session controls, kill switches, and SIEM monitoring.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR fundamentals, data residency, privacy-by-design, audit logging, and responsible AI deployment.
• Role location: Yardley, Pennsylvania, or Newark, New Jersey, United States. Availability for on-call schedules and timely response to critical alerts is required.

Nice to have

• VMware, Hyper-V, MCSE, MCSA, AWS, or Azure Solutions Architect certifications.
• AI/ML, prompt engineering, or responsible AI coursework or certifications.
• Experience with Terraform, Bicep, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or comparable infrastructure-as-code and SIEM tools.
• Experience integrating acquired companies through user provisioning, mailbox migrations, SSO federation, and directory consolidation.
