Location: United States, remote. U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Gather and analyze performance data for global military platforms across operational domains.
• Build, configure, test, balance, and maintain simulation-ready entities in the AtomEngine editor.
• Design and publish realistic tactical and operational scenarios for wargaming and large-scale analysis.
• Collaborate with product design to identify tool bugs, troubleshoot configuration issues, and improve authoring workflows.
• Maintain accessible documentation for the entity catalog and scenario library.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot data and configuration issues independently.
• Concise and effective written and spoken communication skills.
• Deep curiosity about complex systems, mechanical platforms, and operational dynamics.
• Experience with game modding tools, level editors, or proprietary game engines through professional or personal projects.
• Experience researching, synthesizing, or organizing technical reference material and platform performance data.
• Familiarity with version control and bug tracking systems.
