Odoo Consultant (Odoo)

Location: Remote from Poland or Cyprus

What you will do

• Analyze client workflows and identify optimization opportunities within Odoo.
• Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements from users.
• Design and configure Odoo modules based on business needs.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate integrations and custom features with the development team.
• Oversee data migration, including data mapping and validation.
• Train key users, document workflows, and support smooth system adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical Odoo implementation experience; Odoo 16+ is preferred.
• Knowledge of Odoo Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and CRM modules.
• Ability to communicate with business users and translate needs into system logic.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
