  • Define RF test strategies, support validation and regulatory compliance, and resolve complex integration issues.
  • Guide external suppliers, technology insertion, qualification, make-or-buy decisions, and engineer mentorship.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in antenna systems, RF systems, or electrical engineering with demonstrated technical leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of EIRP, G/T, sidelobes, linearity, noise figure, gain, VSWR, RF theory, satellite communications, and system-level trade-offs.
  • Experience with antenna and RF testing, component validation, measurement equipment, and RF hardware integration.
  • Working knowledge of FCC, ETSI, and ITU requirements and related compliance documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • US citizenship and the ability to obtain a United States Secret Clearance are required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with millimeter-wave bands and phased-array antenna design and testing.
  • Mechanical integration, thermal and packaging constraints, antenna manufacturing, and design-for-manufacture experience.
  • Experience with supplier selection, technical evaluations, make-or-buy analysis, EPLAN, engineering standards, toolchain modernization, or AI automation.

Culture & Benefits

  • Inclusive environment focused on positive impact and continuous improvement.
  • Opportunities to mentor engineers and create learning pathways.
  • Medical, financial, and other benefits may be provided depending on the position.
