Systems Integration Engineer - Antenna Installation

Location: Duluth, Georgia, with work at customer sites and 60% or more travel

Salary: $120,500–$190,000 annually; $149,500–$224,500 annually for specific work locations in San Jose, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area.

What you will do

• Lead or assist with on-site installation, mechanical assembly, alignment, and commissioning of large-scale antenna systems.
• Integrate cabling, RF, network, and control-system components using design documentation, IDLs, and BOMs.
• Operate specialized test equipment and validate antenna-system performance, including G/T, EIRP, BERT, and servo controls.
• Configure networks and vendor equipment to bring installed systems online and provide remote support when off-site.
• Represent hirify.global at customer sites, coordinate with customers and field technicians, and resolve integration issues.
• Prepare technical reports and improve installation procedures and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience installing, integrating, and commissioning RF systems, antenna systems, or satellite communication terminals.
• Experience with cabling, mechanical assembly, and system setup in remote or field environments.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and installation documentation using AutoCAD or similar CAD tools.
• Understanding of RF, network, and control-system integration, including remote-operation equipment configuration.
• Strong on-site troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision and effective communication with customers and internal teams.
• U.S. citizenship, eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance, and ability to work on-site in Duluth and at customer locations are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SATCOM or remote-sensing RF electronics, including HPAs, converters, and LNAs across S, X, Ka, and Ku bands.
• Familiarity with RF and control-subsystem testing, calibration, troubleshooting, remote-control interfaces, and satellite network configurations.
