Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Remote in LATAM

What you will do

• Build and maintain full-stack applications used by hotel customers worldwide.
• Develop scalable services with a strong focus on operational excellence and maintainability.
• Write clean, self-documenting code using best practices, design patterns, and agentic development flows.
• Collaborate with engineers, managers, and Product Managers to improve products and inform product decisions.
• Mentor engineers through 1:1s and code reviews, and advise the tech lead on technical decisions.
• Take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and execute projects with limited direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of backend application development.
• Experience with JavaScript and common frontend frameworks such as VueJS or ReactJS.
• Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products.
• Experience working on mobile applications or with React Native.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and diligent approach to work.
