What you will do

• Develop and manage wealth plans for high-net-worth clients.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients and coordinate specialists across business segments.
• Grow assets under management, loans, and deposits.
• Acquire new business through community involvement and external centers of influence.
• Deliver client service that supports retention and long-term relationships.
• Manage relationships of moderate to high complexity while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of wealth management, financial advisory, sales, or relationship management experience serving high- or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• State Life and Health Licenses must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Knowledge of key compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and multitasking skills.
• The role may require registration and additional qualifications as a Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act and a Loan Originator under the Truth in Lending Act.

• Securities and life insurance licenses.
