Power BI Developer (Power BI)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal — hybrid

Company

Work on business investment banking and financial services solutions from a technological hub in Portugal.

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end business intelligence solutions with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Transform and prepare data using Power Query and M.
• Design data models using star schemas, relationships, and DAX measures.
• Work with SQL, data warehouses, Git, and modern BI deployment practices.
• Optimize Power BI performance and implement data governance and Row-Level Security.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, data warehouses, and Git.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end BI solutions independently.
• Experience with Power BI performance tuning, optimization, data governance, and Row-Level Security.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Fabric and CI/CD for BI deployments.
• Experience integrating Power BI with dbt, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Experience with paginated reports and Power BI Report Builder.
• Exposure to data storytelling and business strategy alignment.
