What you will do

• Create short-form video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Produce AI talking-head/avatar videos, UGC-style creatives, voiceovers, and other AI-assisted content.
• Turn scripts, concepts, and briefs into polished ads with strong hooks, pacing, captions, visuals, transitions, and calls to action.
• Create multiple creative variations and repurpose existing content for testing across formats.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Analyze creative performance and experiment with new AI workflows to improve quality and production speed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in video editing and short-form content creation.
• Strong experience creating social media and performance marketing videos.
• Hands-on experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
• Experience creating AI-generated talking-head videos and UGC-style content.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools for video generation, voiceovers, avatars, image generation, and creative enhancement.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and produce creatives quickly.

Nice to have

• Understanding of performance marketing concepts such as hooks, CTR, engagement, conversions, and creative testing.
• Familiarity with social media trends and attention-grabbing content formats.
